The staff here are genuinely kind and professional, and the quality of treatment has been consistently excellent. I always feel well cared for during my visits. The only downside is that the wait time in the lobby can sometimes be a bit longer than expected. That said, the care I receive is worth the wait, and I appreciate the team’s dedication to each patient.

Dr Bumpus is great, and the rest of the staff is equally awesome.  I had to have surgery on both of my feet. Now, I'm doing great, and if I ever need foot care again, I’ll go back to Knoxville Footcare.

Dr. Casmir Ezim and his bearded friend (sorry - forgot your name) were an absolute gem! This office provided a same-day first appointment and procedure, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and kind the entire time. They provided expert care and skill, and this is the office you want to visit if you have any issues. Honestly, I have never had a medical experience this positive or one that was handled so smoothly. Cannot recommend enough. Great work!
